Richard H. Galloway is a 45-year veteran of legal practice, whose honors include membership in the American College of Trial Lawyers, including in the Best Lawyers in America and selection as one of the top 50 lawyers in the Pittsburgh area, as well as a selection as a top attorney by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. Lisa Galloway Monzo and Jeffrey D. Monzo have each practiced law for more than 20 years. After devoting more than a decade to independent development of their legal skills and identities and being recognized by their peers, Jeff as a “Rising Star” in Pennsylvania and Lisa as “Outstanding Young Lawyer” in Westmoreland County, Dick, Lisa and Jeff decided the time had come to join together in a united law practice. In 2011, Dennis N. Persin, a 35-year veteran of legal practice who has been recognized for his excellence in workers’ compensation and social security disability, joined Galloway Monzo. Denis has handled in excess of a thousand workers’ compensation claims in the last 35 years on both the claimant and defense sides. Dennis currently represents Westmoreland County for defense of workers’ compensation claims. In 2012, he was awarded the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the Westmoreland Bar Association. Nancy L. Harris also joined the firm is 2011 and focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, business transactions and real estate. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Harris spent twenty five years as a civilian contractor to the United States Department of Energy, supporting research for the United States Nuclear Navy. She holds a Masters degree in Radiation Health and was previously a diplomat of the American Board of Health Physics. In 1992, Mrs. Harris became the first woman manager ever appointed to the executive level at the facility, with overall responsibility for radiological, industrial, and environmental compliance for over twelve hundred employees. “My father excels in his litigation skills and his empathetic relationships with his clients.
