Foley & Foley, P.C. Litigation Attorneys In Norfolk, Virginia The law firm of Foley & Foley, P.C., is located in Norfolk, the heart of Virginia’s Hampton Roads area. Its principals, Robert “Bo” Foley and Valerie Foley, have strong roots in the area as both come from families with a history of military service, have family living throughout the Hampton Roads area and have made the historic city of Norfolk their personal and professional home. The attorneys have three primary focus areas: Family law — divorce, child support, adoption Criminal defense — misdemeanor and felony cases Traffic case litigation They also handle civil litigation, business and employment law, wills and estates, and personal injury cases. They like to get to know their clients on a one-on-one basis. Bo earned his Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary. He began his law career at Willcox & Savage, working on domestic relations, product liability and transportation cases. Valerie graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. She worked at various law firms, litigating personal injury and wrongful death suits and practicing maritime law. She also worked at Willcox & Savage before she and Bo formed their own law firm. The two attorneys were selected by Super Lawyers as Rising Stars in 2009, 2011 and 2013.
