Douglas L. Dreyer was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Doug obtained his B.A. and J.D. from Mercer University, in Macon, Georgia. Doug was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1988, and he has been practicing in Newnan for over twenty years. Doug is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and Doug served as the Chairman for the Coweta County Indigent Defense Counsel from 1993-1995. Doug is admitted to all Georgia state courts, and he is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
