DDA is a directory that helps people find DUI/OWI defense attorneys, treatment centers, DUI classes and related services. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Using this site, or contacting an attorney through it, does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any listed attorney. Articles and guides are general information only and may not reflect current law in your state.
2. Listings and third parties
Listings are provided by the businesses themselves or compiled from public sources. We do not endorse, recommend or guarantee any attorney or provider, and we do not guarantee that listing information is complete or current. Please verify credentials, licensing and fees directly. Some listings are paid placements or advertisements; paid status does not mean we recommend that provider.
3. Advertisers and sponsors
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for making sure the material they submit is accurate and complies with applicable laws, including attorney advertising rules. We are not responsible for errors in advertising material.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must give accurate information. We may suspend or delete accounts that are fake, used for spam, or used to break these terms.
5. Things you may not do
- Post false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory or spam content, including fake reviews or listings for unrelated businesses.
- Scrape, copy or resell the directory, or use automated tools that overload the site.
- Try to break into the site, other accounts, or our systems.
6. Reviews and content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit, but you give us permission to display, edit for length or formatting, and remove it. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Paid listing plans are covered by our Subscription Terms & Refund Policy.
8. Our content
The site design, text, graphics and logos belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on information on this site or on a listed provider. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We link to websites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
