These terms apply when you buy a listing plan on DrunkDrivingAttorneys.com (“DDA”, “we”, “us”). By completing checkout you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

  • Opportunity Package (Monthly or Yearly) – a promoted attorney listing on DrunkDrivingAttorneys.com and DriversLicenseRestorers.com, with the features described on the plan at the time of purchase.
  • Claim Your Listing – for treatment centers, DUI classes and related providers: ownership and management of your listing, with the features described on the plan.

Current plans and prices are shown on our Select Your Plan page and at checkout.

2. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every 30 days for monthly plans, every 12 months for yearly plans) and are charged to the card used at checkout until you cancel.
  • The billing period is how often you are charged, not how long your listing stays up. Your listing stays live and promoted while your subscription is active.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We will email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your renewal.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by reaching us through our Contact page. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • After you cancel, your listing keeps its paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then returns to a standard free listing.

4. Refunds

  • 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
  • After that, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Cancelling stops future charges.
  • If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), contact us and we will refund that charge.

5. Your listing content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for following your state bar’s attorney advertising rules.
  • We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to DUI/OWI defense, license restoration or recovery services. If we remove a paid listing for a serious violation, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

6. No guarantee of results

We work to bring visitors to your listing, but we do not guarantee any number of visitors, calls, leads or clients.
