Sundown M Ranch is dedicated to the treatment of adults and adolescents afflicted with the disease of chemical dependency and to their families who have also been harmed by the illness.

Above all, it is our goal to lead chemically dependent persons down the road to recovery and to guide them back to themselves, their families, and their lives.

Even with a record of successful innovative treatment, Sundown M Ranch remains among the most affordable alcohol and drug treatment centers in the country.

Sundown M Ranch is a private corporation established on March 4, 1968 as the first non-profit alcoholism treatment program in Washington State.

The program is designed exclusively for the treatment of person afflicted with the disease of alcoholism and other life-threatening drug dependencies.

We have three main objectives:

Arrest the disease of chemical dependency.
Provide the needed support to the recovery process.
Guide the individual back to a healthy and productive life.

Treatment at Sundown is abstinence based and centered around the fundamentals of the 12 steps.

Each graduating patient leaves treatment with the name and number of an active twelve-step member, and a Sundown M Ranch graduate, who is willing to connect you with your local twelve-step community.

We provide:
Detoxification, Education, Physical exercise, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Chaplain Services, Three Day Family Program, Aftercare Planning, Introduction to Self-Help, Specialty Groups, Relapse Prevention Group, Elders Group, Pregnant and Post-Partum Group, Voluntary Nicotine Cessation Group

The Sundown adult drug and alcohol treatment program is nationally recognized for its quality programs and professional caregivers. The innovative program utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of certified counselors and medical professionals to address the alcohol & drug addiction.

Drug and alcohol addiction is a disease that affects the whole family. At Sundown M Ranch we include an onsite three day family program as a part of every patients treatment. This program offers a truly unique counseling program that not only offers family education, but is also a therapeutic experience with individual, group, and conjoint sessions.
