James has experience as a clerk for the Fayette County Kentucky Circuit Court, Delinquent Tax Coordinator, and an associate attorney at Morgan Collins & Yeast.

James earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Eastern Kentucky University and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Court Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
