John A. Mr. Tosto has extensive trial experience in both criminal and civil matters. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Tosto served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Flint for nearly five years. During his tenure at the City Attorney’s Office, he spent two years as the supervising trial attorney in the City’s criminal prosecution division where he earned a 99% success rate. Mr. Tosto is an active member of the Genesee County Bar Association and is a 3 year associate in the Centennial American Inns of Court – an organization of lawyers and judges committed to ethics, excellence, civility, and professionalism in the practice of law. Mr. Tosto practices Statewide and recently earned a not guilty verdict in a high profile homicide case in the westernmost reaches of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
