Treatment
- An offender convicted of a second or subsequent offense may be sentenced by the court, as a condition of probation, to participate in a substance abuse treatment program.
- Prior to treatment, the offender must complete a clinical substance abuse assessment. T. C. A. § 55-10-402(a)(2)(B).
