⭐ 1 Star I am leaving this review because of how my cousin's case has been handled. He retained this firm over six months ago for a DUI case and still has no court date or clear answers about what is being done to move his case forward. Our family is dealing with a serious emergency, and because of his bond conditions, he cannot leave South Carolina. For over two months, we repeatedly tried to get updates. When I called, the receptionist told me she would not contact the attorney because he was on vacation and deserved time with his family. Meanwhile, my cousin has been unable to be with his own family during an emergency. We also received conflicting information about legal fees and whether paying the remaining balance would affect the progress of the case. I understand attorneys cannot control court dates. They can control communication and client service. Unfortunately, our experience with both has been extremely disappointing. I paid the $1500 on my cousins behalf and was ready to pay the rest and still couldn't get a straight answer. Instead I got hung up on by the receptionist.
