Suspension is the temporary removal of your driver’s license and may be taken after a review of your driving record. This suspension will remain in effect until an application for reinstatement is made. Depending upon your DUI charges, you may be required to attend and complete Traffic Survival School (TSS) or your driver’s license may be suspended up to 12 months.
